Who We Are
Pope Memorial Humane Society is devoted to caring for and placing unwanted and abandoned animals in loving homes; promoting responsible pet ownership and humane treatment of all animals.
What We Do
Our primary focus is to match unwanted and homeless animals with appropriate homes and caring owners. We also provide humane education, give financial assistance to pet owners for the cost of spaying and neutering surgeries, and sponsor a "Canine Corrections" program that teaches at-risk prisoners and at-risk homeless dogs the skills to become safe members of society.
