Please join the Brunswick New Mainer's Initiative for an evening of cultural education with Maurice Namwira! Maurice is the Cultural Services Case Worker for the Town of Brunswick's General Assistance Office. Maurice also emigrated from the Democratic Republic of the Congo to Maine in 2012.
Maurice will take us through the journey of how people end up in Maine from the DRC, he will also educate us about the cultural differences that make our Brunswick community stronger and cultural competency when interacting with other from the DRC.
