Healthy Lincoln County

Healthy Lincoln County is a Healthy Maine Partnership. We are funded through the Fund for a Healthy Maine and other grants. Healthy Maine Partnerships (HMPs) bring together coalitions of people in every county across the state, and from all walks of life to promote wellness among Maine's people. Healthy Lincoln County works collaboratively with many different community partner organizations and volunteers to create positive changes in policies, the environment and access to resources that support healthier lifestyles.
