Tedford Housing

Tedford Housing's mission is to empower people to move from homelessness to home. Our vision is for all people of Southern Midcoast Maine to have safe, affordable housing and access to health, human, and community services needed to maintain a stable home. 

We provide a sustainable solution to homelessness by offering an adult shelter, family shelter, supportive housing for those who previously experienced homelessness, and homeless prevention and outreach services. Tedford serves hundreds of individuals and families in the Southern Midcoast Maine community every year. Anyone can experience homelessness. At the core of all Tedford Housing services is case management. Our case managers work with guests and clients to break down barriers to housing, help obtain housing, and strive to ensure a successful permanent housing placement.
