Responsible for greeting all patrons kindly and respectfully. If they have been referred, asking for their referral form or matching them up with a form emailed to LSCC. Asking about their needs and getting statistical data entered into our database. Sharing the patron guidelines with them in the language they are comfortable with. Referring patrons to other available resources in the community if needed.
