The Museum has an ongoing need for docents to help us with educational program development and presentation.
We have several existing school and library programs geared for varying ages; we are also developing new STEAM (Science,Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) programs for various grade levels.
Our focus is on the history of animals and humans in a maritime context. Our exhibits and the extensive research behind them all derive from various STEAM elements (i.e. underwater archaeology, ecology, discovery and civilization made possible by animal/human partnerships).
